• 250 g Curd/ Yogurt • 50 g Green Gram (boiled) • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder • Salt as per taste • 25 g Carrot (chopped) • 1 tsp Chaat Masala | |

How to make Green Gram Raita: |
• | Pour curd in a bowl. Add add green gram and carrot. Mix well. |
• | Next, add chaat masala, salt and chilli powder. Mix well. |
• | Your raita is ready! |
• | Serve it chilled. |
