• | Boil and peel off the potatoes and keep in soak it in salt water for half an hour. |
• | After half an hour is fry it in oil until potatoes become brown and keep it aside. |
• | Take oil in pan and add clove, cinnamon, cardamom and fry it for an 2 min. |
• | Add onion paste keep on mix for 6 min till oil come to the sides. |
• | Add ginger paste and mix it well for 2 min. |
• | Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and fry it for another 2 min. |
• | Beat the curd and add the curd into that pan. |
• | Reduce the flame and add the potatoes. |
• | Cover the lid and cook the potatoes until it becomes soft. |
• | Now add Garam Masala Powder and mix it well. |
• | Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves.Swtich off the flame. |
• | Serve it. |
