• | Combine together all the spices for tikka, lemon juice, salt and yogurt in a large bowl. |
• | Blend the vegetables and paneer to the mixture and leave it for 2-3 hours. |
• | Preheat the grill to 350 degrees F and arrange paneer and vegetables alternatively in 2 skewers. Grill turning frequently until golden brown from all the sides. |
• | Remove from skewers on platter and prepare the gravy. |
• | Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add grated onion along with garlic paste and simmer for a while. |
• | Add tomato puree and chili powder, tandoor masala and salt. Stir well for 2 minutes. |
• | Pour in milk and grilled vegetables and paneer. Bring to boil and remove from the heat. |
• | Garnish with coriander leaves and butter. |
• | Serve hot with nan or chapatti. |
