| Ingredients: |
| • 1 Cup rajma beans (soaked overnight and pressure cooked) • 1 Small onion, finely chopped • 2 Garlic cloves (crushed into a paste) • 1 Small tomato, finely chopped • Salt to taste • 1 Chilly, finely chopped • 3-4 tsp Vinegar • 2 tsp Lemon juice | |

| How to make Rajma Salad: |
| • | In a glass bowl, add all the ingredients, except vinegar and lemon juice. |
| • | Pour vinegar and lemon juice over the salad and let it marinate for 30 minutes. |
| • | Toss just before serving. |
| • | Rajma Salad is ready. |
