• | Mix paneer, ginger, garlic and salt in a bowl. Marinate it for 15-20 minutes. |
• | Alternately arrange paneer, red pepper and green pepper on the skewers. |
• | Brush them with oil and grill until they turn golden brown from all sides. |
• | Serve on rice, with the chili sauce.
For Chilli Sauce |
• | Grind red chilies, green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves, lemon juice and sugar. |
• | Heat oil in a pan, add the chili mixture and cook it for few seconds. |
• | Mix the corn flour into water and stir this into chili mixture. |
• | Add the salt and cook the sauce till it becomes thick. |
• | Remove from heat and serve with the paneer kebabs. |
