| • | Heat oil in frying pan. |
| • | When hot, add mustard seeds. |
| • | Roast until they splutter. |
| • | Add onions and fry till golden brown. |
| • | Add chopped capsicum and fry till it becomes soft. |
| • | Put off the heat and set aside. |
| • | Take curd in a bowl and add grated coconut, sugar salt and chilly powder. |
| • | Mix well. |
| • | Finally, add fried capsicum masala and mix well. |
| • | Serve chilled. |
