• | Heat oil in frying pan. |
• | When hot, add mustard seeds. |
• | Roast until they splutter. |
• | Add onions and fry till golden brown. |
• | Add chopped capsicum and fry till it becomes soft. |
• | Put off the heat and set aside. |
• | Take curd in a bowl and add grated coconut, sugar salt and chilly powder. |
• | Mix well. |
• | Finally, add fried capsicum masala and mix well. |
• | Serve chilled. |
