• 6 medium Cucumbers (grated) • 1 cup Yogurt • 2 Green Chillies (chopped) • 1/2 tsp Sugar • 1 tsp Lemon Juice • Salt to taste • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped) • 2 tbsp Coconut (scraped) | |

How to make Cucumber Koshimbir: |
• | In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. |
• | Add grated cucumber, chopped green chillies, sugar, lemon juice and salt and mix all the ingredients well. Check the seasoning. |
• | Top it up with scraped fresh coconut and chopped coriander leaves. |
• | Serve chilled. |
