Ingredients:
• ¼ Cup Peanut • 1 Cup Chana Dal • 20 Red Chilies • 10 Curry Leaves • 10 Flakes Garlic • Salt to taste
How to make andhra paruppu podi:
Heat up the pan
Add chana dal, peanut, red chilies, curry leaves, garlic fry it until it becomes brown.
Keep aside for 10 -15 min , let it cool.
Add all the ingredients into mixer and make a powder.
Andhra spicy aruppu podi is ready to serve.
Suggestions:
serve with rice, idly or dosa
