• | In a wok, heat oil and add cumin seeds. |
• | Once it splutters add onion, ginger and garlic. Sauté until it turns brown. |
• | Add Chinese Okra and sauté it for 2-3 minutes. |
• | Into it add turmeric, green chillies and fenugreek leaves. |
• | Sauté it for another minute or until the ingredients leaves the pan. |
• | Add tomatoes cover it and cook for 5 minutes. |
• | Add salt and Garam Masala into the mixture and mix well. |
• | Add water, cover and cook till Okra is soft and fully cooked. |
