• | First cut the idlis into small cubes. |
• | Then make a paste by mixing ginger-garlic paste, maida, corn flour and 1tsp chili powder. |
• | Dip the idlis in this paste and deep fry it. |
• | Making gravy: |
• | Heat oil and season it. |
• | Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, chopped onion and mix it. |
• | After sauté, add 1 tomato and mix it well again. |
• | Add garam masala, chili powder, Jeera powder on the mixture. |
• | Put the fried idlis and little water on the mixture and stir it well for 5 min. |
