| Ingredients: |
| • 120 gm Chana dal • 4 tsp Ghee • 10 Green chillies, chopped • 1 Coconut, grated • 2 tsp Whole mustard |

| How to make Chana Dal Chutney: |
| • | Fry dal and green chillies in ghee, until light brown. |
| • | Grind coconut, fried dal and green chillies together. |
| • | Fry whole mustard in ghee. |
| • | Add it to the chutney. |
| • | Serve with Dosa. |
| • | Chana Dal Chutney is ready |
