| • | Cut palak, onion, tomatoes and potatoes. |
| • | Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste. |
| • | Fry onions till they turn transparent. |
| • | Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. |
| • | Add ginger garlic paste. |
| • | Mix it well. |
| • | Add potatoes and tomatoes. |
| • | Cook till oil leaves the side of the pan. |
| • | Add palak and salt. |
| • | Cook it for 20 minutes over medium flame. |
| • | Aloo Palak is ready. |
