Ingredients:
• 8 Eggs • 4 Onions (finely chopped) • 4 Tomatoes (finely chopped) • 1 inch Ginger (grated) • 4 Green Chilies (finely chopped) • 2 tbsp Green Coriander (finely chopped) • 3 tbsp Butter • Salt
How to make Punjabi Anda Bhurji:
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except butter.
Beat the mixture till frothy.
Take a wok and heat butter, pour the mixture.
Crumble the eggs nicely and cook for 2 minutes.
Suggestions:
Serve the bhurji with bread or paratha.
