Ingredients:
• 1 Carrot • Salt to taste • 6 Onions • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds • Curry Leaves • 1 cup Curd (Yogurt) • 1 tsp Oil • 2 Green Chillies
How to make Carrot Onion Raita:
Grate the carrots.
Chop onions and green chilies. Keep aside
Mix grated carrots, onions and curd together.
Heat oil in a pan.
When hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies.
Add this mixture to the carrot-curd mixture.
Add some salt to taste.
Carrot onion raita is ready to be serve.
Suggestions:
Serve with rice or pulao.
