Ingredients:
• ½ Kg Gobi (Cauliflower) • ½ tsp Jeera • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder • Wheat Dough • ½ Bunch Coriander Leaves (chopped) • 3 Green Chilies (chopped) • 1 Onion (chopped) • 1 tsp Red Chilies (chopped) • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder • Salt (to taste) • Butter or Ghee
How to make Gobi Paratha:
First Chop the Gobi into pieces and blend it, add 1 tsp salt and keep it aside for 10 Min.
Take a bowl take out the water form gobi and mix all the ingredients together except butter and wheat dough.
Now roll the wheat dough in small size and apply oil on it and place 1 tbsp of gobi mixture on it and cover the wheat dove form all the sides properly.
Slowly roll it in a medium size like chapatti, Keep it on hot pan and cook both the side applying pure ghee or butter.
