Ingredients:
• 1 cup Yogurt/Curd • A few Coriander Leaves • 1 small Onion (finely chopped) • 1 small Cucumber (grated) • 1 small Tomato (chopped) • 1 tsp Oil • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds • Salt to taste • Pepper to taste 
How to make Onion, Tomato and Cucumber Raita:
Mix the onions, yogurt, tomatoes, cilantro leaves, cucumber, salt and pepper together.
Take a skillet, add oil and fry the mustard seeds in it and add to the mixture. Stir well.
Serve.
