Ingredients:
• 2 Onions • 3 Capsicums (chopped) • 5 tsp Coconut (grated) • 2 cup Curd (Yogurt) • 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder • 1 tsp Sugar • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds • 2 tsp Oil • Salt to taste
How to make Capsicum Raita :
Heat oil in frying pan.
When hot, add mustard seeds.
Roast until they splutter.
Add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add chopped capsicum and fry till it becomes soft.
Put off the heat and set aside.
Take curd in a bowl and add grated coconut, sugar salt and chilly powder.
Mix well.
Finally, add fried capsicum masala and mix well.
Serve chilled.
Suggestions:
Serve with pulao or stuffed parathas.
