Ingredients:
• 500 gms Bhindi • 2 Onions • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder • 1 tsp Mango powder • 1 tsp Red chili • 1 tsp Garam masala • 3 tbsps Oil • Salt to taste
How to make Bhindi Masala:
Cut Bhindi into halves.
Stuff turmeric powder, mango powder, red chili, garam masala and salt into sliced Bhindi and keep it aside.
Cut the onions and fry it till it turns brown.
Add sliced Bhindi and fry it till it turns crisp.
Serve it with hot chapati and curd.
