Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp fresh Cilantro (finely chopped) • 1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt • 4 tsp fresh Mint (finely chopped) • 2 cups plain Whole-Milk Yogurt • 1 English Hothouse Cucumber (peeled & grated)
How to make Cool Cucumber Raita:
Take a bowl and add yogurt; cover and store it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Mix grated cucumber and drained yogurt in a small bowl. Now add chopped cilantro, mint and coarse salt, stir well. Cover the bowl and chill it for 30 minutes and serve it.
