• | Combine bajra flour, wheat flour, gram flour, salt and sugar in a big bowl. |

• | Steam for half an hour or until cooked. |
• | Heat oil, add ajwain seeds and asafoetida. |
• | Add muthia and fry until brown. |
• | Garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves. |
