| Ingredients: |
| • 1 large Coconut (grated) • 15 Garlic Cloves • 6 Green Chilies (deseeded) • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds • 2 Limes (juiced) • 1½ tbsp Sugar • 1 tbsp Mint (chopped) • 2 cups Coriander Leaves (chopped) • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder • Salt (to taste) | |

| How to make Green Coconut Chutney: |
| • | Combine all the ingredients, except sugar and lime juice, together in a grinder. Grind them into a fine paste. |
| • | Stir in sugar and lime juice. |
| • | Serve thereafter. |
