Ingredients: |
• 200 grams Tamarind ( Imli) • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder • 1 tsp Garam Masala • 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder • 300 grams Jaggery ( granted) • 1 tsp Black Salt • Salt to taste | |

How to make imli chutney: |
• | Take bowl add 5 cups of water and boil it for 10 min. |
• | Strain it and add the jaggery, cumin powder, salt, garam masala, chili powder and mix it well. |
• | Cook in medium flame till jaggery dissolves completely and the chutney gets little thick. |
• | Take out the pulp from the tamarind mixture. Once cool down |
• | Serve it. |
