• 3 Bananas, peeled and chopped • 1 Cup plain or vanilla yogurt • 1 Wedge lemon • 1/2 Cup shredded coconut | |

How to make Banana Raita: |
• | Stir-fry coconut in a pan. |
• | Pour a little lemon juice over bananas (to keep it from browning). |
• | Smear bananas with yogurt (vanilla) and top with toasted coconut. Serve. |
