Ingredients:
• 2 Tomatoes (diced) • 1 Onion (chopped) • 1-inch piece fresh Ginger (peeled and roughly chopped) • 1 tbsp Rice Flour • 1 tbsp Olive Oil • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds • 15 oz Garbanzo Beans (rinsed and drained) • 1 tsp Curry Powder • 1 tsp Salt • 1 tsp fresh Cilantro (chopped)
How to make Chana Masala:
Mix half the onion, ginger, tomatoes and rice flour. Put it in a blender and blend it to a paste.
In a skillet, heat the oil and add cumin seeds.
Stir till golden brown and then add the onions.
Stir for 3 minutes.
Add the tomato mixture, beans, curry powder and salt.
Cook for five minutes.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
