Ingredients:
• 250 g Curd/ Yogurt • 50 g Green Gram (boiled) • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder • Salt as per taste • 25 g Carrot (chopped) • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
How to make Green Gram Raita:

Pour curd in a bowl. Add add green gram and carrot. Mix well.
Next, add chaat masala, salt and chilli powder. Mix well.
Your raita is ready!
Serve it chilled.
Suggestions:
Serve it with rice or stuffed paranthas
