Ingredients:
• ½ cup Cilantro ( Chopped) • ¼ tsp Garlic Paste • 3 Tomatoes • 1 Pound Okra( Lady finger) • 1/8 tsp Cumin • 2 Medium Onion ( Chopped) • Oil • ¼ tsp Coriander 
How to make bhindi bhaji:
Chop the tip and the bottom of the okra to clean but don’t slice it.
Heat up oil in a pan in a medium flame.
Add onions and fry it for 3 min
Add the remaining ingredients expect okra. Cook it for 3 min.
Add okra and cook to another 8 min.
Garnish with tomato and cilantro.
Serve it.
Suggestions:
serve with rice
