• | In a cooker add butter and heat it for 2 seconds. |
• | Add ginger and garlic paste , add onion and fry it until the onion becomes brown. |
• | Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5-10 min. |
• | Add chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric power, garam masala powder and salt. |
• | Now add Kabuli Chana and add water sufficiently. |
• | Pressure the cooker until the Chana is cooked. |
• | Decorate with the coriander leaves. |
