Ingredients:
• 150 g Rice (soaked overnight)
• 1 L Milk
• Few stigmas of Saffron (soaked in water)
• 2 Silver Leaves0
• 250 g Sugar
How to make Firun:
•
Bring milk to a boil, and add rice to it.
•
Add sugar when the rice is soft.
•
Add saffron water to it after 10 minutes.
•
Cover with silver leaves.
•
Serve hot.
