Ingredients:
• 200 grams Tamarind ( Imli) • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder • 1 tsp Garam Masala • 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder • 300 grams Jaggery ( granted) • 1 tsp Black Salt • Salt to taste 
How to make imli chutney:
Take bowl add 5 cups of water and boil it for 10 min.
Strain it and add the jaggery, cumin powder, salt, garam masala, chili powder and mix it well.
Cook in medium flame till jaggery dissolves completely and the chutney gets little thick.
Take out the pulp from the tamarind mixture. Once cool down
Serve it.
Suggestions:
serve with samosa
