Ingredients:
• 1 medium Cucumber (grated) • 4 cups Fresh Curd (yogurt) • Chili Powder • Jeera Powder • Salt 
How to make Cucumber Raitha:
Make the curd smooth by beating it lightly.
Add the grated cucumber, chili powder, jeera powder and salt.
Mix thoroughly and set to chill.
Serve chilled.
