Ingredients:
• 1 Chinese Okra (Turai) (peeled, cut in semi-circles) • 1 tbsp Oil • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced) • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds • 1 Onion (medium) (finely chopped) • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced) • 1/4 tsp Turmeric • 1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) (packed, finely chopped) • 2 Tomato (medium) (finely chopped) • Green Chili (to taste) (finely chopped) • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala • Salt to taste • 1/2 cup Water 
How to make Chinese Okra:
In a wok, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
Once it splutters add onion, ginger and garlic. Sauté until it turns brown.
Add Chinese Okra and sauté it for 2-3 minutes.
Into it add turmeric, green chillies and fenugreek leaves.
Sauté it for another minute or until the ingredients leaves the pan.
Add tomatoes cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt and Garam Masala into the mixture and mix well.
Add water, cover and cook till Okra is soft and fully cooked.
Suggestions:
Serve with white rice.
