Ingredients:
• 5 Idli • 1 cup( 236 ml) Maida • 1/4 cup(59 ml) Corn flour • 2 tsp Chili Powder • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste • For Chili gravy: • 1 Onion big (chopped) • 1- 2 Tomato • 1 tsp Chili Powder • 1 tsp Garam Masala • 1 tsp Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder) • Salt to taste • 1 Green Chili • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
How to make Chili Idli:
First cut the idlis into small cubes.
Then make a paste by mixing ginger-garlic paste, maida, corn flour and 1tsp chili powder.
Dip the idlis in this paste and deep fry it.
Making gravy:
Heat oil and season it.
Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, chopped onion and mix it.
After sauté, add 1 tomato and mix it well again.
Add garam masala, chili powder, Jeera powder on the mixture.
Put the fried idlis and little water on the mixture and stir it well for 5 min.
Suggestions:
Serve with coconut chutney
