Ingredients:
• 250 g Wheat Flour • ½ cup White or Brown Sugar • 300 g Clarified Butter (Ghee) • 1 tsp Black Cardamom Seeds • ¼ tbsp Poppy Seeds • ¼ cup Milk 
How to make Roth:
Knead the wheat with milk, water, sugar, cardamom seeds and 3 spoons of ghee.
It should be semi-elastic.
Form balls of the dough and roll into small chapatti shapes.
Fry them in ghee until golden.
Sprinkle poppy seeds.
Suggestions:
Serve with green tea (Qahva)
